Balance is Key: The Ideal Regional Program for Multi-Sport Athletes (Dec-Mar Season)

Are you a dedicated athlete who loves volleyball but also plays a spring or summer sport, or has demanding academic commitments? You don't have to choose between them!

Team Illinois Volleyball's High School Regional Club program (Ages 15-18) is specifically structured to be Multi-Sport Athlete friendly without sacrificing quality training.

A Focus on High-Impact Training, Not Excessive Travel

Our Regional program provides a highly focused season that aligns perfectly with the schedule of a well-rounded student-athlete:

  • Concise Season: The season runs from the beginning of December to Mid-March. This schedule allows athletes to maximize their volleyball improvement during the winter months and transition seamlessly into their spring sports (or academics) without conflict.

  • Efficient Practice Schedule: With two two-hour practices per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30-8:30 pm at Wood Dale Park District), athletes can commit to their development without sacrificing valuable time for homework or rest.

  • Competitive Local Play: The Regional program is designed for meaningful, competitive local tournaments, keeping travel—and associated costs—to a minimum. You get the benefits of high-level training and competition without the intensive travel demands of national-level clubs.

TIV helps your athlete master her volleyball skills while fostering the necessary discipline to succeed in all her pursuits. You can do both!
